Delete Your Account

Deleting your account removes your profile and every piece of data tied to it from our servers permanently.

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

1. Open MySolat and navigate to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Scroll down and select Delete Account.
4. Check the confirmation box and tap Delete Account.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email from your registered account address to m.afiqhazwan@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Account”. Account deletion requests via email are completed within 7 days.

What Gets Removed

• Profile and authentication records
• All prayer completion logs, streak history, and Qada logs
• Quran reading bookmarks, notes, and Khatam progress
• App settings and server preferences
