Delete Your Account
You own your data. You can take it back — permanently — at any time, in two ways.
Deleting your account removes your profile and every piece of data tied to it from our servers. Choose whichever route suits you below.
METHOD ONEFrom inside the app
- Open MySolat and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Tick the “This action cannot be undone” confirmation box.
- Tap Delete. You are signed out immediately.
METHOD TWOBy email request
Can’t reach the app? Write to us from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete My Account.” We verify your identity and complete the deletion for you.
This is permanent. A deleted account cannot be recovered. To use MySolat again you would need to create a new account from scratch.
DETAILSWhat gets removed
- Your profile and account information — name, email, and sign-in identity
- All prayer logs, streaks, and history
- Archived prayer data
- Quran bookmarks, notes, favourites, and khatam progress
- App settings and preferences stored on our servers
TIMINGHow long it takes
In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are completed within seven days. Any residual backup copies are purged on our standard backup-rotation cycle.
