By downloading, accessing, or using MySolat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

01Use of the app

MySolat provides prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading, khatam tracking, reminders, and related features for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to it.

02Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate, up-to-date information.

03Accuracy of prayer times

Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated from your location using established methods and data sources such as JAKIM and MUIS. We strive for accuracy, but times are provided for guidance only and may vary. Verify with your local mosque or authority where precision matters; MySolat is not liable for reliance on displayed times.

04Intellectual property

The app, its design, content, and trademarks belong to MySolat or its licensors. Quran text and related religious content remain the property of their respective sources. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

05Your content

Notes, bookmarks, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

06Purchases

Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases and refunds are subject to the respective store’s terms.

07Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySolat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

09Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, as shown by the “Updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
